Baby Bobbi Bear finished!

Considering I took several days break, this was a quick knit. Don't you think he looks like a *koala bear?

It wasn't hard to make but there were a few tedious spots. The first was picking up stitches for the arms. Some of the stitches stretched and made big holes. I spent quite a bit of time trying to fix that problem. The next challenge was trying to figure out how to attach the ears. The instructions don't give much help other than to say "attach ear." Last, I had to figure out how to hide the knots I created when making the nose and eyes. I successfully hid them within the head. So here he is in all his splendor! I'm proud. :)

I'm going to start on Peanut's bear ASAP.

* OK, so the more I look at his ears, the bigger they get. I guess I"ll have to work on that.

Hey, your bear would look better with a pencil lead mark in it's hand. Do you still have that, from Mr. Hales class or has it finally goen the way of the do do? How are you? It has taken me two days, but I think I have finally figured out how to post on here, so we can keep in touch. I figure 16 years is quite long enough to not have kept up on each other. LOL

The bear is cute, but it is even cuter in person!

That is the most adorable bear!! The ears are perfect, no need to change a thing. I would love to have the pattern but I saw that you had to use DPNs and I'm not even touching those!
